Product advice before you order
Send the product name or listing link and explain what you need to know. Questions may concern dimensions, material, colour, included parts, surface finish or intended use. Compare the stated measurements with the space or object you intend to use it with.
Where a listing offers personalisation, specify the offered option clearly and check spelling or design choices before checkout. Ask us if the ordering controls do not let you communicate the required choice.
Do not assume all 3D-printed products share the same strength, heat tolerance or cleaning method. If suitability for a particular purpose matters, ask before ordering. For an essential delivery date, contact us before purchase so we can confirm whether it can be agreed.
Help with an existing order
Include your order number, the name or email address used at checkout, and the question you need us to resolve. For an address correction or cancellation before dispatch, clearly state the requested change. We will check the order's current status and explain what can be done.
For a missing parcel, include any tracking information you have. For damage or a product that appears incorrect, describe the issue and attach photographs if practical. Do not send complete payment-card details, passwords or banking credentials.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum spend. The estimated total is 3–5 business days, including handling and transit. Contact us if the estimate has passed without delivery.
We accept returns of defective and non-defective goods in new or slightly used condition within 60 calendar days from delivery. Returns are by mail with a free downloadable and printable label, and there is no restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted subject to availability. Eligible return refunds reach you within 7 calendar days after we receive the returned goods, subject to any earlier statutory deadline. These additional terms do not limit your statutory rights.

The address above is our registered office. A product return should go to the address on the return label supplied for your order. Contacting us first helps us provide that label; it does not make the exercise of a statutory cancellation right dependent on our permission.
Marketplace purchases
For an order placed on a marketplace, use the messaging route attached to that purchase where practical. You can find the separately hosted RandPFusion listings on Etsy. Marketplace delivery offers and review histories relate to that platform and should not be assumed to be direct website order terms.
How we use your enquiry
We use the information you submit to understand and respond to the request, identify an order where necessary, and keep relevant support records. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. See our Privacy Policy for information about the processing and your rights.
Complaints
Tell us what happened and how you would like the issue resolved. We will review the relevant records and explain our response. For a privacy complaint, identify it as such so that we can apply the procedure in our Privacy Policy, including acknowledgement within 30 days. This does not limit your statutory rights or access to the ICO.
