Terms of service

These terms cover the use of randpfusion.shop and consumer purchases made directly through the website. The seller and website operator is R&P FUSION LTD, trading as RandPFusion. Read these terms together with the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. You can save or print them for your records.

1. Our business

Our online shop offers 3D-printed products for home, desk and plant-related use. The individual listing describes the particular item's materials, dimensions, included parts, available options and intended use. These terms are written in English and cover direct website consumer orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.

2. Reviewing products before purchase

Read the complete description and photographs, including dimensions, quantity, material, colour options and intended use. Select the offered variant and review any personalisation instructions before ordering. Do not assume that a photograph includes accessories unless the listing says they are supplied.

Layer lines and surface texture can be features of a 3D-printing process. The listing should explain relevant characteristics of the particular product; a general description of the process does not excuse a fault or an item that differs materially from its description.

For a customised product, check the text or design information you submit. Contact us promptly if you notice a mistake. We will explain whether a change can still be made. None of this removes your right to receive goods matching the agreed specification.

Use the item only for its stated purpose. Unless the individual listing expressly establishes suitability, do not assume a decorative or organisational product is a toy, food-contact article, dishwasher-safe item or heat-resistant product. Ask us before ordering if a particular use is important.

3. Placing an order

Choose the item and available options, add it to your basket and review the product, quantity and price. Enter your contact and delivery details, choose an available payment method, and review the final total before submitting an order with an obligation to pay. You can correct information before submission using the basket and checkout controls.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send confirmation accepting the order. A payment authorisation or receipt acknowledgement alone does not confirm dispatch. Keep the confirmation and contact us if you are uncertain about an order's status.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly with the order reference. We will check whether the correction can still be made. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the agreed price without your agreement.

4. Availability and errors

Availability is shown for the individual product. If we discover that we cannot supply an ordered item or that information affecting the order is incorrect, we will contact you and explain the options. We will not use an error as a reason to disregard a binding contract or a statutory remedy.

If an order or part of an order is cancelled because we cannot supply it, we will refund the amount paid for the unsupplied goods without undue delay. You do not have to return an item you never received before that refund can be made.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Our website prices are shown in pounds sterling, GBP (£). Displayed consumer prices include applicable taxes. The order total, including any applicable discount and delivery charge, is shown before you complete the purchase. Standard UK shipping under our Shipping Policy is free, without a minimum purchase threshold.

Choose from the payment methods available for the transaction at checkout. Payment is processed through the relevant payment service. Your bank may perform its own authorisation or security checks. If your account uses a different currency, your provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

Any promotion is subject to the conditions displayed with it. A discount does not remove statutory consumer rights. We do not add optional paid extras without your agreement.

6. Delivery

The estimated total delivery time for our UK service is 3–5 business days, including handling and transit. The Shipping Policy explains delivery, tracking and how to report a problem. Contact us if the estimate has passed without delivery.

Where we arrange the carrier, responsibility for the goods remains with us until you, or a person you identify to receive them, takes physical possession. Delivery updates do not override your rights if the goods have not actually been received. If a delay affects a delivery date that was essential and agreed, your applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available.

7. Order changes and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change the delivery address, amend an order or stop dispatch. We cannot promise that an order already being dispatched can be intercepted. This does not remove a statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase after delivery.

For an eligible distance purchase, UK consumers normally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify cancellation and another 14 days to return them. The Return and Refund Policy explains the process and refund rules. A clear cancellation statement is sufficient; you are not required to obtain permission to exercise the right.

8. Our additional 60-day return policy

We accept returns of defective and non-defective goods in new or slightly used condition within 60 calendar days from delivery. Returns are by mail with a free downloadable and printable label, and there is no restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted subject to availability. Eligible return refunds reach you within 7 calendar days after we receive the returned goods, subject to any earlier statutory deadline. These additional terms do not limit your statutory rights.

See the Return and Refund Policy for the full terms, cancellation process and refund timing. The returned item does not need to be unopened, and the additional window does not place a 60-day limit on all faulty-goods claims.

9. Product quality and legal rights

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for an agreed purpose. For 3D-printed items, the listing and any agreed specification remain part of what you are entitled to receive. A general reference to print texture or colour variation does not replace an accurate product description.

If something is wrong, identify the order and explain the issue. Depending on the circumstances, your remedies may include a refund, repair or replacement. We do not impose a seven-day reporting deadline that removes legal rights or require original packaging as a universal condition for a remedy.

Any separately stated manufacturer's or seller's warranty is additional to statutory rights. Refer to the product's specific warranty information where one is offered.

10. Accounts and website use

If you use a customer account, keep its access credentials confidential and tell us if you suspect misuse. Do not use the website to submit fraudulent orders, distribute malicious code or interfere with other customers' access. These rules do not limit legitimate complaints or the exercise of consumer rights.

Text, photographs, branding and other website content may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to us or other rights holders. You may retain information necessary for your personal purchase and records. Do not reproduce content for unrelated commercial use without the relevant permission.

11. Separate sales channels

If you purchase through a separate marketplace such as Etsy, that transaction is governed by the terms and buyer protections applicable to that platform order. Direct website shipping and payment arrangements should not be assumed to apply to a marketplace transaction.

Any marketplace reviews must be identified by their original source. They are not a certification of the website or an endorsement by Google. We do not make a fixed review-count or rating claim in these terms.

12. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains handling of personal information. Cookie controls let you manage the optional categories available on the website. Accepting sales terms does not automatically give consent to optional marketing or tracking.

13. Complaints

Email support@randpfusion.shop, call +44 7911 281717, or use our contact page. Include the order reference, the issue and the resolution you are seeking. We will review the information, investigate the complaint and explain our response. You may provide further information if you disagree with our assessment.

This process does not prevent you from obtaining independent advice, using a payment provider's applicable dispute process or exercising legal remedies. If a dispute remains unresolved, we will supply any ADR information required by law; we do not claim membership of an unspecified ADR scheme.

Privacy complaints have the separate procedure described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Liability

We are responsible for losses for which we are liable under applicable law. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here removes mandatory rights concerning the quality, description or supply of goods.

You should take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary loss, and we will do the same when resolving a problem.

15. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving you of mandatory protections or court-access rights available where you live. If one provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as the law allows.

We may update terms for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively alter the contract for an existing purchase or remove an accrued right. Relevant product information and specific written commitments agreed for your order remain part of the transaction where the law provides.
